Product · Logistics Management

From dispatch to doorstep, in one platform.

Fleet, routing, shipment tracking, last-mile, operated by 3PLs and large in-house logistics teams across Asia. Drivers get a hardened mobile app; operators get a live map and SLA alerts before they breach. And now: trade analytics that show you who is buying, what competitors are shipping, and where your next lane is.

The problem

Routes change. Networks drop. SLAs don't.

Logistics software fails where reality doesn't fit the spreadsheet: 4G drops in the warehouse, route deviations mid-shift, exceptions captured on WhatsApp and lost. We build for the field, not the demo.

New module

Know who is buying. See what competitors ship.

Operational systems tell you where your shipments are. They don't tell you who is buying in your market, or what your competitors are moving. The Trade Analytics module joins your shipment data with licensed bill-of-lading and customs records covering 200+ markets, delivered as dashboards your operations and commercial teams actually use.

Buyer discovery

Active importers and exporters by HS code and route, built from verified shipment records. Give your commercial team a data-backed prospect list, not a directory.

Competitor shipment tracking

See what competitors import and export: volumes, routes, and counterparties. Delivered as a recurring report or a live dashboard, sized to your licence.

Pricing and lane benchmarks

Per-unit price benchmarks and corridor volumes computed from real shipment values, with the value basis labelled per country. Your costs and lead times, benchmarked against the market.

What you get

Seven capabilities, one platform.

01

Fleet management

Vehicle registry, maintenance schedules, driver assignment, capacity model, vehicle telemetry where supported.

02

Route optimisation

Multi-stop routing with time windows, vehicle capacity, restricted zones, driver shifts. Re-optimise mid-shift when reality changes.

03

Driver mobile app

Offline-first iOS and Android app. Manifest, sequence, proof of delivery (photo + signature), exception capture. Built for unreliable cellular.

04

Real-time visibility

Live map for operators. ETA recalculation as routes deviate. SLA alerts before they breach, not after.

05

Shipment lifecycle

Intake, sort, dispatch, in-transit, delivered, exception. Every state transition logged, every actor traceable.

06

Customer-facing tracking

White-label tracking URL or embed, with proactive delivery notifications. Reduces inbound 'where is my parcel' calls.

07

Trade analytics & dashboards

Decision dashboards built on your operational data and global trade flows: buyer discovery, competitor shipment tracking, lane volumes, and pricing benchmarks. See the market, not just your fleet.

Integrations

Plugs into your operational stack.

FAQ

Common procurement questions.

Can we self-host the Logistics Management platform on our own infrastructure?
Yes. Managed-cloud deployments are operated by our team on AWS, GCP, or other cloud providers per customer preference. Self-hosted deployments on your VPC or on-premises infrastructure ship with source code, a deployment runbook, and an update cadence agreed during contracting.
Where does our operational and shipment data live?
Singapore is our default controller seat for regional deployments. Per-country hosting is supported where regulations require. For operational data with high write volume - driver app events and shipment tracking - edge ingestion is regionally scoped to keep latency low. Transfer logs and named DPO contacts are provided per jurisdiction.
What happens if we want to migrate off the platform?
Schema-preserving data export including fleet, shipment lifecycle states, driver event log, and proof-of-delivery artefacts (photos and signatures), delivered within an agreed window at no additional charge. For custom-engineered deployments, source code is yours.
How does the driver mobile app perform in areas with poor or no cellular signal?
Offline-first by architecture. Drivers complete manifests, capture signatures, photos, and exceptions without connectivity; data syncs on the next connection with resumable uploads and per-entity conflict resolution. The architectural pattern is documented in our offline-first post.
How deep does the route optimisation go?
Multi-stop routing with time windows, vehicle capacity, restricted zones, driver shift rules, and break compliance. Re-optimisation triggers mid-shift when reality diverges from plan - a delivery is rejected, a vehicle breaks down, a route closes. A deterministic fallback solver runs whenever the optimiser returns garbage; operational continuity is prioritised over routing perfection.
Which ERP, WMS, and telematics systems are supported?
Standard integrations with SAP, Oracle NetSuite, and major TMS / WMS systems. Telematics ingestion from Geotab and Samsara. Mapping via Google, Mapbox, or HERE. Custom integrations are scoped per engagement and quoted explicitly, never bundled as 'supported' without a delivery commitment.
Where does the trade data come from?
Operational data comes from your own deployment. Market data is licensed from an established global trade intelligence provider: bill-of-lading, shipping, and customs records covering 200+ markets. Licensing scope, data depth, and refresh model, from periodic snapshots to API-based feeds, are matched to your requirements during contracting. You contract with Nusantech.
Does our operational data get mixed with external data or shared with third parties?
No. Your shipment and fleet data stays within your deployment under the same residency terms as the core platform. Market data flows in; your data never flows out. Joins between the two happen inside your dashboard layer only.
How reliable are the pricing benchmarks?
Declared shipment values vary by country: some report invoice value, others FOB. Every dashboard labels the value basis per country, and computed unit prices are validated against declared unit-price fields where available. Methodology notes ship with every report.
Can we redistribute the data to our own clients?
Dashboards and reports are licensed for your internal use. Raw data redistribution is not included. We structure deliverables as insights and benchmarks, which keeps your team inside data-licensing and competition-law boundaries.
Can we get custom dashboards beyond the standard set?
Yes. The standard module ships with lane, buyer-supplier, and operations dashboards. Custom views such as specific corridors, commodity groups, or board-level reporting are scoped as engineering work per engagement, quoted explicitly.
